Charlie's gives new upper receivers, the manufacturing facility rifle choose-offs have test fired by Colt.  Upper receivers are take-offs from out in the box rifles as well as are purchased as higher receiver assemblies.  Both are 100% equivalent.  We do not ship in Colt manufacturing facility box.I cleaned the just one I snagged yesterday this
